It consists of a royal blue long, high-low coat having short, embroidered clasp front panels and long side-front and back panels, with full sleeves that are embroidered clasp closures at the cuffs, a winged collar with minimal embellishment and some fine mustard yellow piping over all panels and edges, a pair of royal blue loose-fit pants and a mustard yellow ruffled statement shirt.
