Return & Refund Policy – Baya Couture

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund guidelines below to understand how we handle requests.

1. Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized outfits are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Refunds processed via Razorpay may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
