Return and Refund Policy β Baya Couture
We strive for customer satisfaction. Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:
1 Eligibility
Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
2 Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos of the product and packaging.
3 Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
4 Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
Note: Razorpay, our payment gateway, may take an additional 5β7 business days to reflect the amount in your bank account, depending on your bankβs processing time.
5 Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
